Outline of Programs and Services
1. Provide a mentor for the purpose of spiritual edification and to promote a positive social atmosphere. (Every person who volunteers to be a mentor will go through training and be given documentation for mentees to sign.) for more information email Director - Vickie Lowery
2. The Clothes Closet - female offender’s paroling to the Hunt, Rockwall and Collin Counties, plus the small towns of Terrell and Emory, Texas are eligible to apply for up to 4 sets of clothes upon release. For more information email Director - Tasha Leeson
3. Provide a Good Samaritan basket. This would include essentials such as toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, bras and panties. Ladies applying to the Clothes Closet (above) would qualify. For more information or to get involved email Tasha Leeson.
4. The Freedom, Transitional Home - for female X-offender who have done a subsatntily amount of time. For more information email Director - Susan Neyra
5. Developing an employment listing by identifying business owners in Hunt County and surrounding area that would be willing to hire qualified individuals regardless of their background for meaningful employment. For more information email Admin Assistant - Kathy Blain
6. Provide resources for life skills, substance abuse, and /or a cognitive based programming listing through a Coalition of Churches in the area.
