Please allow me to introduce myself, and to offer my Executive Coaching services to you and your company. Although I have many deliverables, I usually begin with a focus on stress management coaching by looking at the specific “stressers” as identified by Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and strengthening the capacity to manage stress based on each persons specific personality type.

Personally, according to Myers-Briggs, I am typed as an ENTJ, which is called the “Grand-Scale Organizer” personality. As such, I like to synchronize everything into the larger grand-scheme of the organization, which additionally matches my PhD area that I am currently working on, which is Organizational Systems. Although I have a background in Organizational Development I have recently shifted my focus toward coaching and have just taken the certification program at College of Executive Coaching. Additionally, I particularly like to work with executives and management in the area of Emotional Intelligence development.

As a new coach I am offering my business services at a discount. I can also administer, analyze, and develop other strengths in executives and mangers through the assessment tools of the MBTI Form-Q Step II, as well as the FIRO-B (Group Integration & Interpersonal Skills), CPI-260 (Leadership Development Skills), LPI (360º feedback Leadership Practices Inventory), and the Bar-On EQ-I (Emotional Quotient Inventory), and others as too.

Finally, I can also do basic coaching in the areas of personal and professional goal setting for changes, as well as Appreciative Inquiry coaching (projects/ visioning/ values), spiritual direction for business, and train/ facilitate problem solving.
